Registration

CURRENT MEMBERS 

All existing members will receive a text midway through the term with a link to register their child’s details and pay for the next term fees.  This is the only way that members can renew their membership, update their personal details and pay for fees. For security reasons cash is no longer accepted in the club.  Please ensure that you do not delete the link as resending the link may incur an admin charge.  This link is for your child only and should it be passed to non-members to join our club, the registration will be cancelled immediately.

When registration has been completed, you should receive an email from Jotform confirming same and a receipt for payment.  If you do not receive this, you should contact us to confirm whether payment has been received or not.  You will receive a reminder text and a final reminder text before the deadline.  If a child has not been registered by the deadline, the place is then offered to another child.  Your child should not attend any further training once the new term has commenced as he/she will be asked to sit in the central area to await collection by parent.

Term Fees must be paid before the start of each term as the club relies on these fees to pay rent, wages for coaching, electricity, heating, etc.  There are 3 terms in our gymnastics year each of 12 weeks, between September and June.

Please note: It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that children arrive and are collected safely at the foyer, if parents do not come to the foyer to collect their child he/she will not be allowed to leave until they do.

Please ensure that we have up to date correct phone numbers and medical details for each child.

PLEASE NOTE: new spaces, when available, are only available at the start of a new term.
